I am fairly new to the Huntsville area and I am looking for good performance shops locally to work with on modifications. I own a C8 Corvette, and would like to know if anyone has any experiences with any good shops in the area.

There honestly aren't that many. You can try Lane Culver of Cluver Automotive Specialties in Lacey Springs. I've heard good things about him, haven't used him myself. If you shoot me a PM I can give you some of my personal experience with who to avoid in the area.

I don't know that there is anyone I'd trust to do modifications work on my C7 here. I send my C4 up to Nashville.

Lane does good work

You don't need a performance shop to put exhaust on your car but more of a good mechanic.

True, true, I am looking for someone to go to exclusively for all of the mods I plan to or get the itch to do. I will stay on the look out. Thanks for the recommendations.
