Trusted shops around Hall County, GA?
Hello
I moved to Gainesville, GA areas few months ago and wanted to know what’s a good shop around Hall county. I am planning on doing a tune, headers later and probably something about upgrading clutch and rear diff service. I don’t have the space to work on my car as a project otherwise I’d do the job.
any recommendations where not to get ripped off and trusted mechanics that know what they’re doing?

I would recommend you call, Lamar Walden Racing in Doraville. 770-449-0315. Been there forever. They are a full hot rod, machine, and dyno tune shop. Rob just put in a Monster 2 disc, couplers, etc., for me. Great prices! Did not have good luck with Vengeance, twice.

**** happens with building for HP, he's teaching tuning along with the guy from injector connection, the other guy at Vengeance was most likely taught by Mike. I was wondering when he was going to leave. I have nothing but high praise for Vengeance Racing and Mike Carnahan. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Brandon Leeb is tuning at VR now.
He never tuned for me but was a great help with my LT4 build.
My Tech was horrible and the owner was worse.
Everyone else was great. Except the Tuner.
No one bats 1000 but Brett and I are not the only victims.
$20,000 worth of a **** tune leaves a bad taste.
Congrats to the VR fans.

I wasted $1k on a Carnahan tune. I had to pull my laptop back out and adjust my tune to make the car idle in the parking lot. Mike walked up to my window as I was doing this and told me I was wasting my time without a wideband. Funny…he didn’t tell me anything like that, before I paid him the $1k. That’s why I learned to tune. True story.
