I've driven the whole Atlantic coast. Are there any other scenic drives to do in Florida?

Last Sunday we went for a ride around "The Loop" in Ormand Beach.

When I was riding motorcycles I would often ride around the Dade City, Brooksville, Ocala area, actually some rolling hills and decent sweepers. Ocala has a number of horse farms.
