I’m looking to lower my C8 on either factory coilovers or possibly paragon performance springs. Anyone know of any reputable shops around Destin,FL or in the panhandle? I’m also willing to go somewhere in south Florida if necessary. Just want to make sure it gets done right.

Please let us know if we can be of assistance. We have a lot of experience in the C8 platform. We are located in South Florida.
Maybe try Vettes Unlimited, Not sure if they work on C8s. I’ve never used them, when I got my C5 I looked for a local vette shop and that shop popped up. Also might try asking the local vette club. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen a few Panhandlers on the forum. Definitely saw at least one other Destinite on the forum

Contact member AWARE02. He's in Niceville. I know he did his car. Not sure if he did it or the local dealer. I'm not a C8 owner yet so I can't help you. I definitely would if I could. Unfortunately we don't have much for Corvette specialty shops in this area. That's why I do my own work.
Curious if the original poster found a shop. Taking delivery this week of my 2023 C8 and this will be one of the first mods on my list. I am also in the Destin area.

I ended up going to Kustom Touch and Wheels in Gulf Breeze. They put my new wheels on and installed paragon lowering springs and lowering collars on the front since I have front lift. Highly recommend them!
Looks great! Do you ever make it any of the local car shows?
Thanks! Yeah I’ve been to the one show and shine at the old Hooters in Destin once and I go to the cars and coffee in Pensacola every month, although I just learned that’s been cancelled indefinitely

Cannot advise ref your coil-overs/springs but contact Joe Larney at Emerald Coast Customs in Destin. They do Tint, Wraps, Wheel & Tire, Electronics & more. Great reputation.

I’m good now, I have everything complete. See post above. Thank you though!
I always forget about the Hooters show and shine even though I follow it on FB and live really close - When I do remember, my ride is too dirty to show. I’ll make it sooner or later.

Old thread I know but I’m close by. Did you experience any issues after the install—such as fault codes, check engine lights, or lift malfunctions? I see the shop has a lot of experience with the C8 platform, but like you, I want to make sure it’s done right. Also, are you still in the area with your C8?

Hey man, definitely understand wanting to make sure it’s done right. I have had ZERO issues since getting the lowering done and the guys there are super professional and knowledgeable about the platform. No codes thrown and my front lift has been working just like it always has. Car rides exactly the same as when it was stock. My wife couldn’t tell when riding with me, so I know it’s good. I know two other guys in the area with C8’s that have had lowering springs, airbags and exhausts installed there. Would highly recommend them!
