NOVA/WV shop recommendations
Ok, getting the itch to mod the C7Z. What's the latest info on reputable shops that can handle major engine work? These I know/heard of but would like some real life reviews:
Cutaway Creations WV. They did some maintenance work on mine a number of years ago. Shop just getting started but had some big $ builds going on.
LMP Baltimore - Buddy took his Camaro there. Did decent work but tuning wasn't quite there
Anyone else? I can ship to Vengance or LMR but they are big $ and I'd have to ship. I know you get what you pay for...sometimes

Seems like RPM in DE is the move- friend of mine is sending his C6Z up there next week from DC. Not sure anyone has more tuning experience on these cars than that shop. What tuning issues did your buddy have w/ LMP? I ask because I'm also figuring out where to send my C6Z from NOVA...gonna watch my friend's RPM experience from the sideline.

Every now and then, his idle would go crazy high, then other times wouldn't idle. Shop blamed it on the TB that was added to the new manifold. He took it back a couple of times (and they were good about it) but it still probably isn't where it should be. I had a C5Z with a built LS-7 and drug that car up and down the east coast looking for someone to tune it. Really was a nightmare and the recollections of that is what keeps me from modding this one lol. I like I can just jump in and drive it anywhere without hesitation. Keep this thread going on your buddy's experience.
