Default Question - Tom Jumper

Good morning everyone,

Does anyone know if Tom Jumper Chevrolet here in Atlanta has a website where they may offer coupons for service work? I dropped my car off for an oil change today and it looks like its going to be 70 bucks! Just thought I'd check.

Thanks,

NoleC5,
I am not sure about the coupons for Tom Jumper. I live in Buford and I go to Lanier Superior Auto Wash and Lube. They are $65 for a Mobil 1 change. They take real care and follow all the specs (proper drainage, etc). Bill Heard in Buford charges close to $80! I think $70 is not that bad for a dealer. I'm not sure how much it costs to do it yourself though. If you live in North Gwinnett the place I go is worth it. -jedicowboy

Ouch!! I do it myself costs about $30 bucks total for oil and filter.

Try telling the guys at Jumper that you are with Corvette Atlanta. Jumper is the major sponser for Corvette Atlanta and generally gives us deals on parts and such.

Part of the reason I joined CA was for the quartly shop days, Jumper has David Fultcher open the shop for CA members. We/David do all kinds of work on our cars and all it costs is the price of the parts!!!

Some dealers will allow you to bring your own oil and filter and just pay labor (less than $20 usually). Try that approach. Oil at Cosco is < $25/case.

Cobb Parkway Chevrolet-62 bucks. They send me $10 off coupons all the time, too. But, now, thanks to my forum brothers, I know the jacking points and how to's for and oil change. Will be trying this when I get back from Cruise In.

Tom Jumper is $65.95, I take it there for all my service. They do a great job and their two Vette techs know their stuff. They send coupons in the mail from time to time for $20 off next service, etc.

I have never taken mine to Tom Jumper yet but plan to very soon. Who do you all recommend I deal with there? Any particular Service Advisor?
