HR Ratpack WinterJam2 Plan?
What's the plan for the Ratpack gang going to WinterJam2?
What route is best?
When is everyone leaving to go down?
When are folks coming back?
Got a little maintenance to do on the ZR-1 before we leave but can't wait to try out the Gainesville track :reddevil

Tony
I am going down Wednesday early AM, I want to arrive early to be sure all the track details are squared away. Best route is 95 to JAX then I believe it is 10 west to 301 south.
I'll check it again and let you know

Kathy and I are planning to leave Tuesday night or early Wed morning. Looks like I95 to I10 to 301 is shortest on the map

Hope you had a great holiday and have a happy New Year!
Are you back in busines yet?
I will be leaving around 4 AM WEDNESDAY, taking I 64 to I 295 south and then picking up I95.
When we did this last year, Gary met up with me at the Welcome Station in NC. I'll recheck my calculations, but I ought to be there around 6 am.
From there south I'll have the radar detector in place :D :D :D
I would like to ne in Gainesville around 2 pm to check out details at the track

Sounds like a good plan,Jack. If I leave at 4 I should get there by 6. I assume you mean the place at the VA-NC border. I'll have my cell phone on as well as the GMRS at 5.5. My cell is 757-5677600. I've got yours on my speed dial. This tuesday(hopefully)will be my first day back at work. My retirement has been pushed back to age82yrs and 3months. I hope I remember which hand holds the drill.
