[SMC] lets shoot at guncrafters
:eek: O.K. its time to shoot at guncrafters . just bought a new glock and need to try it out. march 15th monday at 7:00 p.m. and maybe get something to eat after. :cheers: :thumbs:

Hey would anyone be up for doing an IDPA shoot? I did my second this past weekend with some friends. The place is up in Greeneville, Exit 36 of I81. It goes on the 2nd saturday of each month. The first time is FREE if you've never been. That include first gun, second gun, and whatever 3rd stage they have...

:confused: hp bushrod and i burned up a couple hundred rounds monday at guncrafters 7:00 TILL 8:00. pretty much had the place to our selves. where was everybody else :confused: bushrod said he saw a red c5 in the lot when he got there. who was that. i didnt recongize anybody. :smash: :skep:

Hey guys. Sorry for my absence. I did shoot that day but I had to leave by 6:30. We probably just missed each other.
The red c5 was not me, been having some threats here at my apartment about towing my car and informing me it would do damage, so my baby is back in Johnson City tucked away safely in my garage.
As far as the IDPA stuff goes, yes you do shoot around stuff, through windows, around cars. There is a "tactical" part of it, you must engaged targets by slicing the pie and shooting the closest one first. It's a bunch of fun. It's also safety first. No one carries a loaded gun (though I assume concealing is still ok) around on the range.
I'm going in April along with a few friends (also corvette people) so stay tuned for the post.

I was that unknown C5 driver. Was there a bit early and had to go. I was on lane 4, and one other shooter was there on about #7. See you guys at the next shoot :cheers:
