[SMC] A splinter group?
Based on thread count, the SMC should be its own regional section. Already on the new board, it has more threads (a lot more) than National, Mountain Prairie, and Other Country! Of course, I'm not saying we should secede from the Southeast (Ack!), I'm saying all the other regions should be combined. How 'bout it mods?
