Yes you can buy the tickets at the track. As for other events there is the Octobervettes in Old town Orlando the day before.
By the way we will have the Dyno there.

Is there anyone else who is just going to view the rockets taking off at Desoto? Per-haps we can arrange to hook up and do something else in addition to attending this event. Any thoughts ?

I'm gonna be in Florida during that time anyway so may very well show up. If my new stroker is completed by then (iffy at best), I'll bring it for its virgin run.....

Mid 11's are what I ran this past saturday at Bradenton, but they don't ever look at the cars. I was wondering if there will be a tech inspection for this event? (meaning, do I need a cage) Car is a 99 Camaro SS.

I made a patch of "Corvette" Letters,turned out good!! I would like to bring them to get opinions on them!? I'll probably caravan with a few Suncoast corvette members on friday ,we park cars saturday morning at 9am...tooo early? not for the eyefull of beautiful Corvettes!! :seeya :chevy :cheers:

Hey Jeff....depart time from Cracker Barrel for OctoberVettes is 7:30 am....many of us are meeting for breakfast at 6:30....can't wait for this weekend!
