Default Help needed in NoVA on brakes!!!

So I tried replacing the master cylinder today based on advice from the forums and friends. Well put int he the new MC and went from having very little brakes to pretty much none.
So anyone available tomorrow or sometime soon to help me figure out what I did wrong? Maybe I did not bleed properly?
Not sure.
Also, if you have a pressure bleeder, that would be helpful as well. I am trying a vaccuum (manual) tool to do the bleeding as well as my fiance depressing the pedal for me but I have had no luck.
Any advice or assistance would be really appreciated.
Thanks
Shane

Hope this helps!

It is best to bleed the new Master cylinder before you install it (bench bleed)

Auto parts places sell an inexpensive kit that really consiste of a few plugs and som small sections of clear hose. Idea is to put the sections of tube back into the reservoir so that you are continuously recirculating

Add fluid to the reservoirs an with MC off the car, apply pressure to the end of the MC that would attach to the booster.

With MC already installed, which seems to be your situation, I would do the "gravity bleed"! Open up all four bleed screws, let gravity do the work, just keep MC resrvoirs full!

You will need at least four small cans of brake fluid, maybe more.

This is the best (race car teams use it) to get a total bleed. It takes time, so get out the polish and do a little detailing while you are "bleeding"

seeya

Jack

Bench bleeding is a must for a new master cyl....

You might be better off just setting a date and inviting a bunch of forum members over to help with your project ....3, 4 or 5 minds trouble shooting a problem is better then 1 plus you get to meet a bunch of good Corvette people

Is that an offer? If you have time anytime soon, I would trade beer and pizza for some assistance.

If you set a date for some time after the holidays...IE: Jan or Feb...I'll be able to make it and lend you a hand..and half a brain ...Just don't set it for the Daytona 500 weekend ..I'll be in Fla at that time covering the race weekend for the AP
