If you need anything higher than 91 you'll have to mix in race fuel. 5gallons of 100 octane + 10 gallans of 91 octane gets you a tad above 93 octane.
Slight math problem: total Octane = (standard octane X gallons of it) + (race octane X gallons of it) / total gallons

total octane = ((91 X 14gallons) + (100 X 4gallons)) / 18gallons

93 = ((1274 + 400)) /18

93 = 1674 / 18

Yours would yield:

((91 X 10) + (100 X 5)) / 15 = 94

that formula makes sense but i don't think it's correct.
there was a table posted before that showed the correct ratio's

That's what I had thought. But apparently octane doesn't just divide out simply like that. There is some loss in the transition.

Interesting enough, I filled up 6 gallons of 100, 9.5 gallons of 91. That should be well above 93 octane. Probably close to 94. I took my car to dyno about 3 hours later (had driven roughly 50 miles between pump and dyno shop), and I was still getting 2-3 degrees of timing pulled due to knock.

Could be but I used it after some conversations with the torco people and some other research on the linear response. Mine was pinging real bad after my LS2 edit getting rid of the low octane table. It pinged after 2.5 hours in LA traffic going 5 mph in 95 degree temps. Stopped at the 76 in Mission Viejo and added two gallons of their 100 octane to about a half tank, ping was gone after a few miles.

Yuck... I was afraid of that. I was thinking about have the lower octane table removed too... But was afraid of that exact thing happening.

What mods have you put onto your car? What octane gas are you tuned for?

Wow The 91 octane should keep you in the high table.... What sucks is how once you go to the lower table I heard it doesn't try the higher table until you refill with at least X amount of gallons of gas.... I wouldn't mind leaving the lower octane table on there as long as the car checked for ping more often =\

I've seen 110 and 112 leaded at a Sunoco here in Temecula.

I regularly buy 100 at the Unocal 76 on Pico and Barrington. It was actually $9.99 when I have purchased it there, not $10.99 as the list above says. I've also bought it at the Unocal 76 on San Vicente and Bundy in Brentwood. I wish more stations had it. I'm always trying to plan my itinerary around being near one of those places when I need petrol, especially since my car drinks gas like a wino drinks ripple.

Been a long time since I bought the Unocal 100 octane race gas, but it absolutely was unleaded. I got it at the pumps down here in OC for a Turbo TA I had back in the day.
