Sorry to hear about that Luke!!! Hopefully like that wont happen anymore... FWIW, I NEVER take my C5 to the City.. and for that matter.... I stay away from that place all together because of all the (new traffic sign every three feet BS) that gets real confusing!!

what a tool.

I am glad you reported that cop. If others report him for similar behaviour they will have to deal with it. He might be able to talk his way out of 1 such complaint, but for each such complaint it gets harder to weasel out of it.

What an ***.

Its one thing to inform motorists of something thats unsafe or non compliant but another to be an overall *** and intimidate, ruins the image of many good offices out there.
Good for speaking up

Forum Members,
We do love our cars and others that drive them. But we must make clear everytime we read a story on the Forum such as this, that there is always two sides to every story. We're just hearing one side. From that one side it sounds absolutely not a good situation to have to be in.

However, we don't know what took place minutes, seconds, before the stop. My good fellow C-5 driver could have done anything that he might consider no big deal (ex. Lane change w/o signalling) which caught the attention of the LEO.

All I'm saying is don't make a judgement without knowing the entire story from everyone involved.

Just my 2 cents

Sounds like you're saying his side of the story is slanted and he's lying?

I'm absoluely not saying he's lying but there is always 2 sides to every story. We're just hearing 1 side.

When someone tells me a story about anything all I can do is take thier word for it and hope that thier emotions (angry) does'nt cause them to add a few little jabs in there to bolster thier point.

None of us were there so all we can do is listen and say "sounds like a terrible situation."

Just responding with an additonal 2 cents......I'm broke now I need to save all my cents for Modding my car.
