Looking for Help!!
I have ordered and will be getting a B & M Ripper Shifter, (hopefully this weekend). I was wondering if someone from the Livermore/Pleasanton area that has done this mod, would be available to help me install? If you're available and interested, reply back and we can set up a time to do the mod.

I'm surprised no one has stepped up to volunteer to help. I would offer to help this weekend, but I'm leaving tomorrow and won't be back until Sunday evening. I can help next week. Would you willing to come over to Newark (near Fremont) after work or maybe Saturday morning? The install shouldn't take more than two hours. I have all the tools. I do suggest that you buy four screws that are 1/4-inch longer than those that come with the shifter. It isn't essential, but it would be better to have more thread engagement.
