Vette Transport * CA to MI * Any recommendations?
Can anyone recommend a company to transport a '97 from Canyon Lake, CA. to Grand Rapids, MI?
A forum friend just bought her first Corvette, and I recommended having it transported rather then flying to CA. and driving it back.
I would appreciate any help...thank you!

That's KATECH. dick
I used Autobahn, 1,600 with no engine. Probably less because yours runs. Not sure if I would recommend them. It was a week late arriving and I wasn't that impressed with the transport. But, the car was in good shape when it arrived.
Good luck.

I'm trying to do cor07vette a favor, and it's people like you who have to throw insults out at every typo on the damn forum.

Try Thomas C. Sunday out of PA. I used them when I had my vette shipped from MI to CA last year. Closed carrier is a little pricey but it's definitely worth your sanity.

now tippy... This is not the place to try and outwit the Frenchican. Tell you what, next time we get together, we'll drop trau and let the gals decide who the "bigger" man is. It will be like you bringing a bb gun to an artillery battle.

Well, my Border-Brother, I guess that's why you had to put a bigger engine in your car, to make up for your "short"-comings.

Haha, back to the point.
I agree fedex passport is the way to go. Ive used them twice to get the car to NY and back. Always On-Time, real time tracking. can get insurance to 200+k i think it was all of 2300$ NY-Los Angeles.
