Default SD CHP Laser

Sunday, on my way over to Coronado on I15 South, I came upon a CHP laser speed trap. He was parked in the center median standing outside the car with a handheld device. Luckily, I was not in the fast lane. My V1 went off for about 1.5 seconds. The cop jumped in his car and pulled over a SUV that had been traveling in the fast lane. They're here.....

Time to do some extra polishing to give a reflective finish.

Or sand it to a matte finish. Not sure which would help. No front plate should be a help.

I think all SUVs should be pulled over and ticketed.

The only radar my flashes, with a CHP bike or car, is Ka. Locals could have any of them. Yours may be malfunctioning. Send it in & have Valentine check it out. I had one go bad about a year ago. It was giving off constant warnings.

The new "video revenueing" thing is getting to be big bu$ine$$.

What you gonna do when they set up those video point to point traps here in California and you just get the ticket through the mail? Radar detector or not, you're toast!

They've already got these traps set up in Arizona. After you get the violation information in the mail you can then view yourself on their website being timed between traps.

Beware the man, aka big brother.......................

The question is, for how much longer? This is a very revenue hungry California we are living in now, and they will go to it sooner than later!

Last year a month after returning from business in England I received three large white envelopes. Inside were traffic citations of 100 pounds each, of course paid on my credit card from the car rental agency. Seems we were photographed several times committing traffic atrocities, two bus lane violations and one motoring down town London without a permit. Gotta love it.
