Default This time I got the "Service Active Handling" message

Hi Everyone!
From reading other posts, I think I know what happened today, but any input will be appreciated.

I was on the freeway, changing lanes and, of course, accelerating as I was doing this, when all of a sudden the Active Handling kicked in. I felt my rear wheels do something and then I noticed first the "Active Handling" warning and then immediately after that the "Service Active Handling" warning. I think this all has something to do with my tires spinning and changing directions, but would like some input if you all have the time. It did not throw any codes.

My vette has so much power now, I really have to be careful.

Thanks in advance.
RJ

That's what mine turned out to be.

Okay, thanks, but now do I take it to the dealership and will they say it is not covered by my GMPP because of my blower?

The blower has nothing to do with the Sensor!! So they should fix it!! Has it thrown any codes as well??

When I got my 05 Z51 I had that message. The fix was a tangled harness to the steering wheel . At the time it there was a GM bulletin fix. I'm sorry I don't remember the#.

No, no codes. This is the first time this has happened and the little alert light disappeared right away. I think it might be because I made a quick move to the right while traveling - well, let's just say
65 mph +. I am going to keep a watch on it. I hate to have to go to the dealership.

Thanks for your input. It helps just in case they try to take advantage of me - a sweet, innocent female ,
with a HOT Vette. Ha, ha!

Thanks for replying. I am hoping it is a one time thing.
