Default Loss of Mike Curran AKA z11409

In case you missed it in the lost corvetteforum brothers forum. Here is the link. Also Just got this email from Janet. I'll try to keep you up-dated. If you would like to attend contact Janet Curran through CorvetteForum.

Celebration of Life for Mike Curran
will be held at Riverside International Auto Museum815 Marlborough Ave, Riverside, CA
(951) 369-6966 ‎ · riversideinternational.org

March 9, 2013

Time is still tentative. Please let me know if you plan on attending. Right now we are thinking about 10 AM, but that could change.
I am asking that you please notify Mikes friends as I don't have the entire list. Please let me know the approximate numbers of those attending in your group so that I plan on food & soft drinks.
Thanks for all the kind words & prayers,
Janet

Those of you who have been around Corvettes for a while probably know Mike and Janet from countless events both on and off the local road tracks, and from their past involvement with Spring Mountain going back to the good old Rupert days. Truly good people. Very sad.

Mike was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I'll always remember his generosity when he allowed me to borrow his set of street wheels/tires so I could drive back from WSIR after my infamous "off" at T6 back in 2003. He will be truly missed

From all of us at Spring Mountain, we'll miss him!
Mike would always lend a hand to anyone who needed it. truly one of a kind guy. Thanks to Mike and Janet, they helped put us on the map, here on this forum, the c5/c6 registry, and for starting, coming and helping at corvette track days.

thoughts and prayers to the family.

Vic.

I will be there this Saturday had the great fortune of knowing Mike, and receiving good old fashioned help at the track on numerous occasions from him.
