Selling my modded C5 Z06, SoCal
SOLD
I am selling my 2002 Electron Blue Z06 because I will be replacing it with a C6 Z06. The car currently has 62,xxx miles on it, 95% are highway miles as my drive to work is 50 miles each way (has now been cut down to 20 miles each way). It is located in Los Angeles, CA. The only tiny blemish is on the front bumper and is shown in the final picture below. Other than that, the car is absolutely immaculate inside and out. People who don't know what year it is are always stunned to find out its a 2002. I keep this car clean and change the oil every 3k miles. This was my daily driver for over a year.
The interior is is mod red/black. The car has never been involved in any accidents, clean title. I purchased the car last year from the original owner, so I am only the second owner of this car. The clutch is in great shape, the car has absolutely no mechanical issues/sounds/etc... I just had new front brake pads and rotors installed this week and the last oil change was done only 1k miles ago.
Now onto the modifications. I will list them all, as small as some are, just so the future buyer knows of everything that is not stock on the car. I spent a lot of time/money on the exhaust, so as you can imagine it sounds amazing, and with the electric cutouts open, it sounds like a pure Nascar.
-Corbreau FX1 Pro racing seats, installed brand new last year.
-New Nitto NT05 rear tires installed a few months ago, have tons of life on them.
-Fully lowered on stock bolts.
-Professionally painted stock wheels (Gloss Black).
-Professionally painted rear fascia (Matte Black).
-VaraRam intake.
-Custom quad 4" Flowmaster exhaust tips (like the C7).
-Custom straight pipes/muffler delete (will give you the stock Ti muffler as well).
-Basanni X Pipe.
-Custom electric cutouts installed just AFTER the cats (sounds like a nascar when open).
-Alpine Bluetooth CD player with USB.
-Black Hurst shiftknob.
-Front and rear Corvette letters (rears are the thick plastic letters, not the stickers).
-Carbon Fiber overlays on the logo front and rear.
-Shorty antenna.
Last year I paid $25,000 for the car with 47k miles on it. Although I have added about 15k miles to it, I have also added some nice modifications, some of which were expensive (roughly $5,000 in mods). My asking price is $22,500. You can reach me at (323) 219-4707, please text so I can response even if I am working. You can also PM me for any other questions. Thanks.
