Cunningham Motorsports Sets a New World Record!!
Some of you probably already know about this build in our C6Z. For those of you who don't, here is the rundown of what's under the hood.
Mods:
-477 Tall Deck, Solid Roller
-All Pro Heads
-RHS Block
-Custom, Dual Throttle Body/Filter Intake
-Fore Flex Fuel sSstem
-Dailey Engineering 6 Stage Dry Sump System
-CMS/Cam Motion Custom Spec Cam
-ARH Long Tube Headers
Results:
715rwhp/583rwtq on e85.
This car is downright VIOLENT. We went to Shift-S3ector to win the N/A trophy but ended up setting a new world record for a naturally aspirated car in the standing half mile at 178.7mph. The car was rushed together and tuned literally the day we left for the event. We were putting body panels on the vette while it was on the dyno. We know the car has more in it and we will be aiming for 180mph at the next event in 2016. We are extremely pleased with the build and everyone that made this possible for us!! As you can see by the leader board, we were faster than most of the cars there. This includes a McLaren P1, Bugatti Veyron and boosted V-8's.
