I borrowed one from AutoZone . . . no charge. You give them a deposit, which you get back when you return the tool in good condition. I had a little trouble with the tool popping off the spring, until I put a hose clamp around the tool to keep it in place.

This is the tool in general. There are a few other pieces but I used it to swap valve spring on my C5 Z06. Very easy and fast to use. I could just mail it to you and then mail it back when done.
