Default Need fuel monitor set to ready

So here is my issue, 2013 stock Z06, new battery/gas cap/fresh fuel. No codes, no pending, no cel issues, nothing showing something is wrong. Can not get fuel and evap monitors set, so will not pass ob2 smog test.
All other monitors set in a few starts and GM drive cycles. Yes have done at least 8 GM drive cycles and still no fuel and evap monitor will set....I only need the fuel to set as u can pass in Cali with evap not set.
Fuel tank between 1/3 and 3/4, keep it that way, still will not set.

I understand that this may be "tuned" to show ready for monitors, where and how do I get that done ? I am in Riverside.

Default

Fuel monitor is now set. Replaced the evap purge valve, drove one GM drive cycle, then a second including an hour freeway driving, this after disconnecting battery overnight to start from fresh, and fuel monitor set, ready for smog test.
Do not know if the new valve did it, battery reset, or what, maybe a combo of all, but all is good now !

Part 12597567 is the one I replaced, since some have PM’d for part number.
