I will be there.

There will also be about 10 Spec Corvettes for the race group and probably about that many for Corvette Challenge time trial.

White 2019 GS all stock except for my OEM 2013 GS wheels that I use for the track. Another guy I know may be there as well. He痴 in a 2017 GS w/Z07, also white.

I go to ACS quite a bit, but this is the first time in the 2019 so I値l be taking it easy,

My two race cars that will be at the track on Saturday, plus my daily driver. I have clients out that day driving all three of my Corvettes. Hopefully I will get to race my Spec Corvette in the afternoon race session. I will definitely be racing on Sunday.

My Spec Corvette is prepped, washed, wax, fueled up, loaded and ready to go to Auto Club Speedway.

One ready, two more to go.....

Well....we'll see if I'm there. I needed to travel for work and just got back. Tried to register and it's sold out.

However, I got the email that they needed instructors so I agreed to instruct. Hopefully that gets me a spot.

Some of the Corvette clubs and/or other Corvette owners should come out to join the affairs this day at Auto Club Speedway.

We have 17 cars in Corvette Challenge and 10 plus in Spec Corvette Saturday.

Man I was just there on Memorial Day weekend. It was cold, wet, and generally miserable. The only good thing was not that many people showed up and traffic on track was light.

Had I known. I thought Sunday on a 3 day weekend would be perfect because I can spend Saturday prepping the car, then Monday cleaning it. Little did I know Sunday was going to be gloomy and wet, while Saturday AND Monday was the picture perfect Southern California weather.

Have fun out there. Next time I'll have to remember to cover the splitters with TrakkArmor too. The horizontal portion of the splitter looks like the surface of the moon now.

Re-visiting this thread to see if anyone plans to be at ACS July 13th with Speed Ventures. I'll be out there again, although I need to get some track armor. I have Xpel, but I spent 3 hours cleaning all the rubber off after the June 8th event. The track was covered with track turds.

Love this track, and might try and get out on the 8th, need a track day....It's just been such a hassle getting down the mountain with our road closures, as well as dealing with potential hot summer temps, but who knows...

I waited too long and was wait-listed for Green, so went Orange. Usually don’t care for the point by groups but the hybrid philosophy in Orange worked well. I’ll run Green or Orange on the 13th, assuming on Monday I have no surprise business travel to worry about this week.

Btw....Looked like perhaps you were doing a shake-down/getting familiar with a new ride? I recall seeing you out there if you were in the Z in your signature.

Yes. It was the first time I've had the car on the track since purchasing it a few months ago. It was also my first time on ACS so everything was new to me. Hopefully you can make it on the 13th. Always funner to hang out with people at the track.
