Default June 30th-'vette Roundup @ The Block of Orange

We'll be meeting at around 8 AM for our June 30th meet and will take off around 8:30 AM to parts unknown. (Actually, we know where we're going...EAST, SOUTH, EAST then NORTH)

REMEMBER, THIS IS FOR "ALL 'VETTE YEARS!"

Krispy Kreme
330 The City Drive South or City Blvd. East
Orange, CA 92868
(where the 5, 22 & 57 meet)

Hope to see you there!

Sparky
Fearless Leader

Pat
Trusted Sidekick

"Serving So Cal since 2005"

JUST A WORD OF CAUTION. IF YOU GET THERE FIRST, PLEASE PARK AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN TO KK...BUT NOT AT KK. IF YOU CAN, PLEASE HAVE A DONUT IN YOUR POSSESSION IF YOU CAN. WE MEET AT KK BUT PARK WHERE WE DO BECAUSE OF NOT WANTING OTHER CARS BY OURS. THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR REASON WHERE WE PARK.

PLEASE DO NOT TALK TO SECURITY OR HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH THEM WHATSOEVER.

THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR COOPERATION!

SPARKY and PATMt. BaldyWe'll leave KK at 8:30 AM SHARP!

We'll leave KK to arrive in La Verne (to meet other 'vettes) at 9 AM and to begin the cruise around 9:30 AM. I'll have maps to Mt. Baldy for everyone that wants to go...nothing for those that chicken out!!!

Directions to Dennys from The Block:

1) Right on Chapman, right onto 57 Fwy North
2) 57 Fwy North to 210 Fwy East
3) 210 Fwy East to Foothill Blvd., turn left on Foothill and Mr. D's Diner is on your immediate right.

The meeting place in La Verne is Mr. D's Diner's parking lot at the corner of Foothill and Baseline, across the street from the Mobil gas station/car wash.

We'll be eating at THE HAT off of Foothill Blvd., on Central because after that mountain driving, we'll all be hungry!!!

They have the best pastramis in the world, along with beef dips and the largest chili fries in the universe!!!

DON'T WASH YOUR CAR BEFORE HAND AS IT WILL GET DUSTY!

Stay safe and I know you'll like this one if you haven't been on it.

Well, sounds like we'll be going in circles, east, south, east, north, crazy! Still sounds like fun!

Be advised Sparky, if you have plans for Palomar Man, it now has a 30mph speed limit all the way up/down. (This is on the infamous South Grade.)

CHP has been having a great time up there lately...

Just FYI

No, just plan on having a good time. Watch your liquid intake and have a full tank of gas.

See ya then!

I drove up there and was surprised by the new speed limit. I was pretty upset.

Hey guys, thanks for all the info, but we won’t be going there this next cruise. But I’ll keep that in mind.

Michele and I will meet up with you guys at Mr. D's in La Verne around 9. Good times!

Cambria Shores Inn a couple of weeks ago. This is by far the best view and chill spot on Moonstone Dr. in Cambria. The Sea Otter ain't got nothin on this place.
