Default Willow Springs.. now's your chance.

For all you double yellow crossing bastages!.. For all the people who said 'track days are too expensive'.. For the drag racers who actually want to make a few turns.. For the cone killers who want to drive over 45mph!..

Speedventures.net is doing a vette special for WSIR this weekend.

If they get 4 more vettes it will be $100 for one day, 5 sessions, + AMB transponder rental.

That price can not be beat.

Gee Ryan, and I was looking forward to racing you up and down the Crest on the way out to WSIR for the next trackday!

Unfortunately I'll be making preparations to go up to Monterey later in the week to watch a bunch of Ferrari GTOs bang fenders at Laguna Seca (over 15 in the Saturday race)

I'll see you at WSIR for the next OTR event in Sep. BTW, somebody should suggest that OTR get an AMB timing system for its trackdays.

Default I'm in!

Ryan,

I was thinking I'd be going to Buttonwillow with SpeedtrialUSA this weekend, but Aaron and SpeedVentures changed my mind. I'll be at WSIR Saturday & Sunday.

I guess I'll wait till October to do Buttonwillow...

See you there.
Bob

If you are referring to my post, I was talking about the Monterey Historics Races Aug. 14th and 15th.

If you could register at the Speedventures web-site by mid-day Friday, that would be better. However, I've heard of people showing up at the track at 7:00 AM the day of the event, and if there's an opening, they're in. There usually are openings on the second day of a two-day event.

if $100 is 'too expensive' maybe you should rethink your choice of car.. oh.. youre just in a C4.. never mind..
