cops!

So I was pulling into my street the other day and down shifted so I could hear the borlas growl. I looked over to the right and saw a cop car. I wasn't doing anything wrong but I don't really know how loud of an exhaust is legal. I pulled into my driveway and as i was putting my top up I noticed the cop car pulling up to my driveway. He leaned over and asked if my exhuast was stock. I told him it was 'just a borla'. He replied, "that sounds awesome!" I ended up talking to him for 15 minutes about cars, supercharges, even imports.

Gotta love the vette!

I got convinced when locally they started letting the full blower hot rods with shorty pipes into the local Thursday night 60's and earlier car show. Some local sheriff is guiding the driver out of a parking space at 9pm on rides that look like they just left the drag strip and everyone is smiling, great sight. Several of them drive just a block or so and then trailer up, not even sure they are street legal. Great time for car culture, both for hot rods and Vettes with after market add ons!
