Default DFW Vettes (.com)

I've been developing a web based photo gallery to allow web administrators to easily plug into the portal software Dot Net Nuke.

It's still in the testing phase so I thought it would be kinda cool to create a site for Vette owners in Dallas to post thier Vette photos at.

I registered the domain name www.dfwVettes.com and placed a copy of my photo gallery up.

It would be a great favor to me if some of the Dallas member (or non Dallas members would post a few photos.

dfwVettes

Btw, the home site for the photo gallery is www.dnnPhotoGallery.com/home/ in case we have any DNN web admins.

Thanks
Dave

would you like a forum for this site?

If so, I found some not bad free forums, this could be a great way to bring out all the vettes in the area.

I guess my user interface for creating galleries needs some work.

If you go back to the site and go to "My Galleries" then "Create" a new gallery, you should be able to move the pictures you uploaded into your new gallery.

By default, the photos you upload are inserted into a "Private" non visible gallery unless you specify the gallery you want to upload to.

Hope that helps.

Nice looking Vette, I especially like the color!

I don't have any plans for the site other than to host pictures.

Wonder if any fellow forum members would like to get together for a photo shoot somewhere cool...

Thanks for the compliment…..ditto.

I’d be in for a photo shoot. I wonder if there’s a good spot somewhere around the ******* Texan and Lake Grapevine. I’ve only been there once, and it was at night. Just a thought.

Maybe we could all go to the weekly meet across town, take a bunch of pictures then post them on the site.

People would have to visit it then!

Did you create a new photo gallery?

By default, pictures are loaded into your private gallery.

I've never been to that one.

There used to be a get together on Friday at Shepplers in Arlington (IIRC).

Does anynone know if they still meet?
