I've recently been looking at getting a pool table, and for the pool table you're offering your price is DIRT CHEAP. I'd buy it but i'm barely going to have room for a 8' table, in fact i may have to go with a 7' table.

Good Luck with the sell!
I figured the 9' was going to be the issue most people have due to limited space. The best arrangments for any table is to have 5 feet around the table to the closet wall for proper shooting area. Some people have gotten away with 3 feet around their tables. I was lucky only one corner gets in the way other wise I have 6-10 feet around the table.
My gameroom is 12'x20' with an 8' air hockey table on one side, a computer desk on the other end, and a 36" TV with XBox in the middle. So if i get a pool table i may have to eliminate something or do some major rearranging. But even then a 12' wide room may still be a little tight for an 8' table.
