+1 for needing tint info...ill go to any of the major cities but san antonio/austin would be easiest. Im looking to spend under 200 bucks. Basically i want someone that does a good job on the "dot" part on the back. And a lifetime warranty is a must.

I had my windows in the Caddy tinted by Millenium Window Tinting. Excellent guy to work with, he's been doing it for like 17 years. I'll try to find his website for you.

The very best is "Texas Best" window tinting. Ryder Federic has done a number of our cars, and has been doing tints for 25 years. He uses the very best materials, uses one peice for the rear window and does a great job on all the dots; works out of his home garage and has all the tools of the trade. The price is right as well.

He is in Mesquite, right off 635, 214/532-1700. You can't go wrong with Ryder.

PS, you can sit and watch while he does the work, and also check out his custom pick up truck!

This may be a kind of opinionated question but what tint % do you guys recommend for my needs. I have 15% on my saab all around and i like it but it does get difficult to see out of sometimes. I wanted it so ppl couldnt see in at all basically. With the vette, it is harder to see out of to begin with and there is limited visability so i dont want to go that dark. I want to be able to see at night where im backing up and stuff. I want it dark enough so that you cant really see who is driving in daylight, but you can see how many ppl are in the car kind of thing. The reason for this is i am young and i get a lot of dirty/weird looks from ppl while driving my car and it drives me crazy. Any recommendations on what percent this would be, i was thinking maybe 25 or 30. sorry for ignorance, never tinted my vettes before.
