Default Problem with CorvetteSSX

Has anybody heard from CorvetteSSX?
I have been having a problem with getting some items he owes me since January from a purchase thru the Forum. He stopped contacting me after his last shipping promise in March.
PM box full.
He doesn't respond to Emails.
I have been posting on the C5 Parts for sale site.

I have called all numbers I have for him, he has phone on answer and doesn't return calls. He doesn't respond to emails, his PM box is full.
Guy is just a "RIPOFF".
Too bad I don't live closer, he deserves a Visit.

I've been quiet about this long enough. If everyone wants to air their dirty laundry, then let's do it.

What is it that I owe you? 4 screws. That's it. Agreed, you should have them by now but to be quite honest this whole thing is extremely funny. You've been having a fit about 4 screws. And these are screws that you don't even need. The bra that I sold you for a ridiculous price came complete with all hardware necessary. If you want the screws this bad, then just email me your mailing address again.

And please, grow up. It's easy to sit behind your keyboard and say that you want to give me a visit. I doubt very seriously that you would say it to my face.

Again, email me your mailing address and I'll send the 4 screws.

And as for you MIss Mary. You keep sticking you nose in places that it doesn't belong. You want to get invloved, fine. Let's talk about your deal.

Your significant other purchased some fuel rail covers from me. After waiting 4 weeks for payment I was IM'ed that the check was on it's way via Fed-Ex (tracking number included). After another week I was IM'ed that the check was on it's way via Fed-Ex with a different tracking number. Obviously during the 5 weeks that I was looking for payment it never came. Finally after 6 weeks I got it.

Not once did I IM, call, email, etc asking for payment. I was patient and when he got around to it, the money arrived. And during the initial 4 week delay I even lowered the price on the fuel rail covers by $75 because I wasn't satisfied with the way they looked. Can't say that I could have done more.

After he sent payment you and he started hounding me about where they were. This, after 6 weeks of looking for the money. Then when they arrive you and he start crying because they are "broken". They were on my car for 2 years and I never had a problem. Won show after show with them that others can attest to. For all I know, you or he broke them.

To make a long story short I refunded the money. Can't tell where you or he were injured anywhere along the way. And, BTW, after 2 weeks I haven't received the fuel rail covers back. Should I start whining, crying and jumping up and down now?

Yeah we broke them - why would we do that? I was there when the box was opened and they were broke. No pieces in the box either.

No biggie - and the only reason I contacted you was because you were not responding.

Cry, Jump, do what you wish!

So, I take it from this response that I shouldn't expect my fuel rail covers any time soon.
