Best track in the area in in Cressen, The Motorsports Ranch. Great track but I think you have to be a member to use the track (Not sure of all the details on $$$). I got to take 3 laps with my Corvette Club and I wanted to go more...

MSR in Cresson is a members only club, however, some organizations rent the track for a day or two and you can sign up to participate. Drivers Edge has events there, also Brazos River Corvette Club (Granbury) (brazosrivercc.com) is going to have a focus day there July 8, 2006 where you will have 2 20min sessions under the controll of track members with classroon after each, then 1 to 2 20 min sessions open track. This will be on the 1.7mi circuit. If you are interested e-mail competition@brazosrivercc.com

Although it's a membership place, there are many public events there as were listed in the posts above. google up The Drivers Edge. They have lots of events there and are a first rate organization. :cheeres:
