I bet there is going to be a great two day Texas Hill Country Bluebonnet cruise sometime in April 2007.

I'll be putting together an Oklahoma Arbuckle Mountain Cruise in the Early Spring with a stop at Turner Falls and ending with dinner in the North Mid-Cities area. It'll be similiar to the run we did in the Fall a couple of years ago.

I'd appreciate suggestions on a fun route starting at TMS thru North Texas to Turner Falls and a good spot for Dinner afterwards. Is Sunday a better day, since some have to work on Saturday? Also, maybe some of the Wichita Falls area and Southern Oklahoma CF folks would join us.

If the weather stays warm, we could do this cruise sooner.

I missed the last one - Check with Joe Diver (Scott), he might know some fun spots to hit.

George, last time we took Hwy 156 north from TMS to Hwy 455 west to Hwy 51 North. That got us close to Oklahoma and is all I remember about it.

From 51 we went to us380 then north on I35 across the Red River then jumped on to US77 to Turner Falls. From there we took back roads to Sulpher then went home the back roads to Madill then hit us377 to 455 back to Sanger.

Well, it looks like we have a route, now all we need is a date and a restaurant.

Tony, since this is your route plan, how about leading this one? I'll cover the backdoor.

This weekend looks like rain, but how about the 21st or the 28th?

Any eating place recommendations?

Do not mind leading, but would be better if someone who had GPS to lead. There are a couple places in Decatur to eat. There is a catfish place just outside of town and there is a new place downtown.

Need to get my car into the shop before I can do any road trips. Having computer issues active handling keeps giving errors. It will actually come on while driving straight.
