Texas LP?
Hello
I have had VICOUS as a licence plate (LP) for almost 9 years now on 4 different Corvettes. 1995, 1996, 2001 and now 2004. Every year about this time (renewal time) I think about changing it to something new. Does anyone know if or how to check to see if a LP is being used in Texas?

TX doesnt list their taken ones online, unfortunately....
If you are nice and call the registration office up, the clerks have always been nice enough to look up my potenitals if you ask...

even if you ask a dozen or so plates, they are always very polite and cordial. like they went to a sensitivity class or something, just the opposite of me. 'make up your mind for pete's sake'...something like i would tell the customer. good thing i don't work in customer service
