Straight-up king of the hill runs the Vipers won them all...

But only because SW broke something on the last run...he probably would have taken the Viper. Would have been a good run either way.

Numbers wise the vettes had it all over the vipers. Many, many beautiful cars on both sides. :yesnod:

Hey, I was there too, but I just drove my Lincoln Mark VIII, just to watch..... Anyhow, I left around 2PM, since I was getting fried out in the sun!! I didn't know it was going to be that hot and sunny!! :eek:

Anyhow, was were the best run for the day??

I was there when:
SW went 9.7
LPE turbo C5 went 9.6
TNT GTS went 9.7

that was about the fastest before I left.

That was about the fastest of the day.

SW went 9.999 in a comeback run to win the Run What You Brung.

I think the TNT went about 10.1 to win the Unlimited Viper.

I'm a newbie in the Vette scene as I just got mine about a week and a half ago. I was fortunate to be able to attend the Vette\Viper shootout and run my car.

I just wanted to say that I had a great time and enjoyed seeing all those bad cars run. Vettes and Vipers alike. I met some really cool people there that were tech savy and gave me a lot of tips.
