Yep, he sold it just over a week ago and, last I knew, it was still at QMS waiting for the transport to show up.
The oval does not require anything, but you must stay single file (no passing) and the pace car limits the speed to 110-120, although you might be able to find a way to get a burst to 130+ . The infield track, each time I have run on it (which has never been through a Corvette sponsored event), does require pants and a helmet, but it does allow for a passenger.

That was crazy! On the hood of my van it was about two feet deep and the roof had about a foot on it in that picture. Now there is just one tiny little pile of snow beside it, Tomorrow in the 70s

You guys might be right.... My mom in Nova Scotia called me this weekend. I asked her what she was doing. She said she was on the back porch drinking a lemon aid. It was 70F, and has been in the 60's all week.
Although that's not that uncommon back home..... SNOW here in Dallas in late March is !!!!!

I promise to try to make it this Sunday. My birthday is coming up and the wife has some sort of surprise for me. So other then that I should be free. I am glad to be home after three weeks of training. Can't wait to start at office I will be managing on Monday.

Missed you at the show.. All the Vettes won a trophy though.. Several of the cars went on to the show in Fairview.. Tim in his '72 vert is driving on the hockey ice tonite during the intermission...
