I was wondering if this show was still on TV. The web site shows its on SUN TV, and MEN TV. What channels is that ? I'm guessing its only shown in Canada now (since its made there). That's a bummer...

Thanks for nothing Mark
I checked mine last night after reading your post, guess what, its off by about 1/4".
I don't think it is enough to mess with right now but now I know it is off and it will bug me forever.

Sorry...

There are a lot of people finding out that they have the same issue.
I think I opened up a can of worms bringing up this issue.
These cars are not so "precision" built as some think.
There is some "slop" tolerance in various components for sure.

Mine is correct now though. Last night I drove it around the block, and my steering wheel is slightly turned to the right when driving straight, and my drivers side fender is 1/4" too high now. I can adjust the height easily enough. I was planning to get a full alignment anyway because I was still dialing in the coil overs. I should have everything dialed in soon, and once I get an alignment it should be prefect.

Glad I went out the other way.
Did they not see the Police there when they looked to the left?

Default Rear Wheels Centered in Rear Quater panels ??????

I just had to check mine !!!!!!!!!!!!! within .050 fifty thousandths !!!!!!
Considering mfg tolerances in non precision fiberglass rear panels sheer luck !!!!!!!!!!!! Frankly I would not care if the offset was 3/4 inch if only the assy folks had torqued the rear axle nuts and pointed all 4 wheels in the same direction !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Toque if your wheels are not plumb vertically or the off set in both R&L rims equal you will be busy all spring chasing perfection. Maybe a wheel alignment would be a better starting point, Bob will assist you setting height where it needs to be.
Good Luck
Happy Cruising

Default Glass Repair/Replace

I was wondering if any of you guys have a place that you would recommend for glass repairs? I am not sure if it can be repaired but I would like to have someone look at it. I think I might need them to come to my place to look at it before it grows.

I just had my windshield repaired by Safelite Auto Glass. They fixed a chip in my C6 and replaced the windshield in my daily driver. A guy named Rex came out. They did a great job.

Rex's # is 972.670.0078
