I work for Bell Helicopter and we are as most of you know on strike!
I need a part time job. If anybody needs help or knows of anybody PLEASE let me know! I live at the 287 and the 35 W. But will drive any place for a job. Not proud will do anything.

I read that today! I wish you luck! Was really surprised to see someone going on strike in these hard economic times! I am glad I even have a job!
We know that this is a bad time. But out of all of textrons companys we are the only one that is making a profit. The gov. contracts we are working on are saving there butts. They have told this to us in letter and to keep up the good work. But we are going to try and screw you over anyway. I live over by the money mint!
I do feel bad for you. However I can't help thinking this is what got our car companies into trouble. The unions just can't stop. Is there a problem with your firm making a profit in these economic times? isn't that what shareholders expect? There are a lot of people here on the forum would love to have a good job as yours, and would not think about going on strke at a time like this....
While I regret the fact that some of our members are losing their jobs, I'm going to close this thread because it looks as though another pissing contest is getting started. This isn't the place for union pro/con discussions.
I've lost my job too as of July 31, so I feel your pain, but the search needs to be directed elsewhere.
