Default GoodGuys Hot Rod and Customs This Weekend at TMS !

Well worth the effort and be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes !
Great cars and a great venue and for those restoring old cars a huge swap meet with complete cars and ready to restore and tons of hard to find parts !
I was tempted to buy a 55 chevy Nomad Basket case for $ 5,000 last year.
There were hardly any Corvettes entered last year. I just have too much going on and don't have the time to bring one out .
Oh and late in the afternoon the tunnel is a good place to watch a parade of Hot Rods headed to the camping area for the night.

Can you say " Hot August Nights " in October in Texas !

It is a great event... I can't take my '76 though... I do take my '23 T-Bucket... even though it is only four years old..(from a kit).. It is registered as a 1923... 1972 or older only are allowed ....

I will be taking my '65 L76 A/C Coupe Top Flight car to Goodguys. I am not usually interested in hot rod events but a fellow car collector told me that I REALLY SHOULD take my car out there. He said that it would probably be the ONLY stock Corvette there! So, I bit the bullet weeks ago and registered for the event. Come out and park next to my car, any of you Corvette Forum posters. -Clark
