Looking for comments on 2 area shops

You should only post neg. comments about a shop if you have used them and why you left having a neg. feeling about them. I have 20yrs maintaining 30-50 million dollar corp. jets so what’s your point.

Just wanted to thank everyone here who referred Quality Motor sports. I got the car back wed. night it made 407hp & 381ft lbs. The motor is still tight so we will dyno again after some miles are put on. So again a big thanks to Patrick & Luke and all of the guys at Quality, there name says everything.

In regards to LG, if you talk to one guy he will give you this quote. If you talk to another guy, he give you another quote. I dealt with that when pricing out a motors, trans and rear-end. There really is no consistency in the way they quote prices. I only say this cause I forwarded the exact same thing two seperate times and received to "very" different prices. There is no doubt LG does excellent work and produces extremely fast cars, however, there is definitely a lack of communication in the sales dpt.

they wanted an arm and a leg to do a cam swap and tune on my vette
i ended up taking it to Xtreme Horsepower in North Richland Hills and i could not be happier with the car these guys are great and have earned all my business
and are very good on pricing beat everyone i called

Good choice in not going with the crowd, you still have your A/C and you probably got the parts installed that you asked for and paid for with the correct a/f.

Interesting thread, I had to subscribe as I am getting an occasional grind trying 1st gear and I'm not sure if I want to take care of the problem now or until I am sent back to Ft. Benning, GA.

I'm looking to have some work done to my car, so far I have narrowed it down to 2 shops LG motorsports & 21st Century motorsports. I'm new to the Dallas area and would like some feedback from anyone that has used these shops or recommend other shops that I maybe overlooking. Thanks for any help.
I would like to throw Corvettes of Dallas into the "pot". Not only do we sell hundreds of Corvettes each year -- we are full Corvette Dealership with Sales, Service, Parts, Performance, Clothing, Accessories.
We also have available our High Performance 735 HP Twin Turbo Signature Series Corvettes and are in the process of building a 2000 RWHP 1/4 car.
