They take a lunch break, and if you want less cars and faster speed....go after lunch.

I really like my Nitto NT-05's, but in the rain, NOT so much!
But what a blast sliding ALL over that khana course, and didn't even knock over a cone.
Looking forward to a hopefully dry Sunday for the infield road course.

Not if you push the pace car. I hugged his bumper so close one year that we were doing 125+ in the straights. After our laps were over it was only me and the pace car, and a buddy behind me. The rest of the pack was 1/4 lap behind us...

Who all won at the car show yesterday? I was pretty happy with my second place c6 trophy-got it signed by Wil Cooksey!

Not so two years ago for me and this year too. I was afraid I would be trading paint for my few laps and the most we hit was 90.

WOW! I had a great time driving the infield road course. I really like it when you can pass and it was great running with all the other Vettes. I worked the road course so hard that I'm worn out. I finally just parked and started helping stage them (actually directing traffic to get the Vettes from the staging area to the infield road course).
I hope everyone had a great time at this year's Lone Star Corvette Classic. I know I did, even though I ended up working at least part of all 3 days. Plus, I got to take my good friends Ready Eddie and Jaygood on the road course. I know I definitely reduced the size of my tires today. I hope everyone made it home okay and look forward to seeing you next year.
