Agree talked to a friend that is a LEO, he said it is only used in our area if your doing something else wrong, most of the time your not going to get pulled over.

Beth should know. She got stopped by an overzealous leo to the point of adding a retractable front plate on her car. The only problem was someone liked it better than she did and took it.

So last weekend I'm heading to Wichita Falls for the Corvette Car show benefiting the local food drive. I'm minding my own business (68 in a 70 zone) going through Rhome Texas when officer "Lord" pulls me over for no front licenses plate.

Which one should I do
1. Drill holes in the front bumper of my 2009 Callaway
2. Pay the $140 fine and never go through that RedNeck town again.

C6 Front License Bumper Mount:
Just left Classic Chevy in Grapevine where I have ordered a front license bumper mount. It is a rigid plastic and is mounted as a stick-on, is a flush mount (no wobble) and can be permanent mount if one wants.. Best part is that they can be ordered color-matched for your car.....is about $70.
Mine is ordered (abt three days from Houston), however, I purchased a stock black in order to show the Rosas group on wednesday. I'll have it with me if you want to see it.

Guys (and gals)...

FS: 2008 Black Z51 3LT NAV Modified in TX

I know, I know... But I'm not taking it with me to Switzerland, and I can't stand the thought of it sitting in a garage for a year and a half. It's just the right time...

If this is a GM part, isn't it going to be just like the one on the front of Ken's car that we've all been scoffing at for years?

Yeah, and the rear marker lights are even more hideous, if you can believe that!
