So Lsoholic. Is the turbo vette done now since you are asking about turbo trucks?

Haha....leaving the vette n2o till this late fall. Like I said in the other thread, makes no sense to spend the summer having the car down. This all takes time....money and complexity only add to the time line. One thing I'm sure of, I will not get in a hurry.

Truck combo is a "bolt-on" deal....way less complicated than the vette.
V-banded flipped 6.0 manifolds
Hot side
Single top Mount
Bolt in fuel pump
Etc...etc..

The way car runs makes it very hard to justify pulling it apart again....

Hope that makes sense.

You buying a kit for the truck? Those single log manifolds for the trucks are pretty badass. Pretty much a copy of the grand nationals. I really don't think you will be happy with a single on3 70. I would do a single 70 ish compressor and turbonetics 68mm turbine minimum. If you get a t series cover or a tc series compressor cover and leave some room you could upgrade to a prescion 76/75 if you were not happy. Those truck log kits like trick performance I think have room for a Borg s400 though. A regular t4 s475 makes good power.

Honestly if someone had room for a s400 i would always recomed building the kit for that. Unless they didn't like going fast lol. T4 s400 comes standard with a 75/83 turbine Which is perfect for the street in ls cubes.

Why not just get a blower kit for the vette? With your mods you could run 8s and keep all the Street stuff and not have to mod the engine bay?

Mostly strip? So are you going to do any weight reduction? I am going to see how i compare with the stock internal times on LS1tech then add power in a couple years after i get the car setup good.

What are everyone's winter projects this year? I hope to get my FRC lined out ready for the track and some motor work done on the Z28 if I can quit working on everyone else's rides.

Why are you selling your flip drive? You wouldn't happen to have the stock exhaust off your TA would you?

How have you been? Haven't seen you in a long time. Hopefully I can get back to wrenching on my vette soon. Just been trying to get my work situation straightened out. I have an 05 now. Would like to do some mods to it soon if I can ever get the electrical bugs worked out on it.
