corvette 2001 headlight problem???
I just bought a 2001 c5 vette two weeks ago and dealer had to replace plastic gears on headlights with copper ones, problem now is every three or four days the headlights won't pop up and I have to open hood and back off adjustment as it gets too tight is there some way of keeping it loose????:

What's tight? The actual headlight assembly? If so, remove three screws on shroud and pull it off. You can adjust the lid left right front back a little using screws. Need more movement, remove the lid. Believe 6 torx screws. From there you can move bracket around. Piece of cake.
