Powder Coating Wheels
Looking to have some HRE wheels powder coated and rash repair done. Can anyone recommend a shop around N. Dallas? Anyone have work done by Wheel Repair Solutions in Carrollton?

I bought a new set of wheel from C-List and they were in very rough shape. They re-did all 4 wheels in Hyper Silver with black barrels. I am very happy with their work.

I had mine done at Wheel Repair Solutions. Dealt with Justin.
I dropped my car off the evening before and was told I could pick up by 10 the next morning.
It wasn't ready in time so they discounted me. They also cut one of my tires but replaced it with a brand new tire.
It didn't go super smooth but he went out of his way to fix any problems without me ever saying anything. It was sorry for not being ready but we'll discount it then came back and said the tech cut the tire so we replaced it with a new one.
If you need new tires do it before the powder coating.
I had ordered tires from discount tires and was told it would be a week before they came in.
Had the wheels done when discount called and said tires were in.
I was told wheels were good to go as long as discount was careful.
Told discount about just having wheels done and to be careful.
They damaged 3 of the wheels (light damage).
Discount paid to have the 3 wheels done again but I had to leave my vette overnight again. And it was a huge inconvenience.

How about black? I'll have my C7 soon (already produced and sitting on the lot waiting for transport). I ordered the standard wheel with yellow calipers. I would like black wheels. My husband had black powder coating added to his high performance Roush, which we picked up from Indy last week. They did a FANTASTIC job but obviously not local. They explained how important it is to not have the small bubbles in the coating after baking. I want to make sure it's done right the first time. Thoughts on black for the C7?

HRE, I'm assuming we have to ship to Miami? Would you share average cost per wheel... black powder coat? Turnaround time? I saw there was an HRE in Dallas, but it's unclear if this is an actual shop (based on what I could pull up).
