Great GTG last night, food & service at Brickhouse were great. Our waiter recognized us all immediately, and remembered most of our drink orders and asked Mark if he wanted desert or dinner.

The Lexus dealership just north of George Bush on Preston is closed, we could meet there. When you get of 190, turn right, and then take a left at the next light. Will make it easy to get back on 190.

We are looking for a clean but reasonably priced C5 2001-2004 Z06 or a 1999-2000 FRC. We might also consider 2001-2004 convertible, manual transmission only.
This will be for a EG project car.
Emphasis on reasonably priced. C5 Z06 NADA is $14,500 on the high end so please let that be your guide on pricing. FRCs are less. Convertibles are similar to Z06s.
I know that we all think our Vettes are worth a fortune, but all C5s are now more than 10 years old and the real price reflects the age.
We are looking for factory stock or very near stock. Please no "was modified and put back to stock" - we have done enough of those conversions for customers over the years to know all the telltale signs.
Mileage does not matter at all but overall condition does. 150,000+ miles is not a problem. However, any ragged out, salvage titled, bent-frame, beat up cars will not be considered.
Needs to be in the Houston area so we can inspect the car at our shop.
Please send me an email with pics/contact info with what you have to offer.
