I want to get a gopro for the sisters run next weekend. Problem is there are so many I have no clue what to get
I do know I want a windshield suction mount and big data card. But as to what unit I'm lost.

I own 3 GoPro 2's and one GoPro 3. The GoPro 3 comes WiFi equipped and the Black model has a WiFi remote included. You can also download the GoPro app and run it off it. I bought the Motosports version since they come with the suction mount and several different gadgets to make it easier to mount it inside or outside. I've run well over 170mph at Talladega with the camera mounted outside and countless runs at the drags.
The GoPro 2's will need to be upgraded to allow WiFi so it would be cheaper just to buy the 3. The GoPro 4's are out now but haven't invested in one just yet. Here are a couple of videos from some of the events I attend.

As Tim said, these suction cups hold at any speed. I've been up to 160, and many many times over 150, never an issue. 170 Tim? I did not know that, you baller!!
