Default Another CPR Stage 1 Z

We just finished up this A8 Z and tried a few things on it for some testing. This combo in the cooler months routinely makes 605-610 rwhp in AZ on 91 octane through a manual. Auto's are around 585-590 rwhp on 91. I will state we play absolutely zero dyno trick's, don't turn off knock sensors like other's, etc. A stock A8 on this dynojet makes around 515-517 rwhp. just for reference.

Stage 1 consists of a 2.31 upper, halltech intake, and our longtubes we make. This customer also opted for our Heat exchanger we make too. This combo is very consistent in the cooler months at making 10 psi on the dot so we figured we would try porting the throttle body and snout to see what gains if any are there, those that have pulled these blowers apart know they are very efficient in terms of casting.

Well this car made 605 rwhp 627 rwtq in 99.65 degree air and made 10.8 PSI. This car is also an A8 keep in mind. Since this combo is so consistent we feel the snout/tb combo is worth some power and would benefit more on a max effort Z. One of our bigger power Z customers is going to let us do some back to back testing on his car.

Iat2's in 99.65 degree air never got above 123 even during a long multi gear pull.

If you have any questions about this package or any of our other offering's please email, pm, or contact the shop and let us know how we can help!
