Default Winter in the Rio Grande Valley

The car scene in the winter is amazing here as its too hot in the summer (110-120 deg sometimes). I am amazed that there is something going on almost every night of the week between shows and the drag strip in Edinburg.
We are in Mission Tx until 4/1/19.

My Grand parents retired to Harlingen in the early 50's and lived there to the end of their lives.

I'm from Brownsville, now live in Austin. Nice group of cars out there. I've only taken the Vette back to the valley one time. Need to get it out there again.

Make sure to stop at my childhood friend's restaurant, Mama's Pizzeria on 10th street in McAllen. He also has a C2 drag car called "Bad Company". Best Italian food in the Valley.
