I registered and plan on being there just to make a few runs for free!

If it's really crowded, that's probably all I'll get in too!

I was there for awhile. Huge turnout. Very windy and cold. Saw a quick Camaro with T-tops run with another car. Two thirds down the track he lost the top almost blowing back into the car in the right lane. Missed him but top is now in many pieces. Had to be a cold ride home. Track was shut down for at least 30 min's. Vett's gave a good acounting of themselves. :smash:

over 700 cars raced in the time trials!!!!

It took me almost two hours waiting in line to make my first run, then they closed the staging lanes at noon. :(

I usually always lose in the first round of any bracket race, but not this time! :D

First race I pulled a .009 r/t (new lights, used to be a .509) with a 2.0x 60' time.... racing a EB Z06. I had a 13.7 dial-in to his 12.0. He couldn't catch up to me so I went to the next round!

Second race I pulled a .001 r/t!!! Spun just a bit on the start, but still pulled a 2.0x 60' time and ran a 13.9 on my 13.78 dial-in. Another EB Z06 (different one this time) had a 12.50 dial-in and ran a 13 something. On to the next round I went again!

Third race I ran a 13.81 on a 13.78 dial-in    but I red-lighted :(

Was very windy, cold and crowded. It was free so I can't complain!

I was happy to go three rounds with the C5's in the Corvette eliminations.

Marcho Polo,
I was in the Red '85. Too bad we did not get to run together. I broke out in the second round by .001 seconds. The Z06 I was racing was .25 slower than his dial in. If only I had lifted at the last second.

I was there and it was cold!!!!!!!!!! Not very good standing around and BS'ing weather. I spent the majority of my time in my car in the heat  I never got my car to hook up, but I ran a 11.84.
