Nitrous legality question in TX
Heard recent rumors that it is now illegal to have a nitrous bottle hooked up in your car in Texas. Is this true? Just curious.

my guess is most cops wouldn't really ticket you for it.....i can name a dozen buddies with nos that have gotten pulled over at some point and never ticketed....plus countless more cars with nos i've seen that are driven on the street...my guess is, if you don't purge it next to a cop car you should be okay....
